
Since 1992, Marcus has been acting for resources companies, Aboriginal people, pastoralists, property developers, telecommunications companies and other private developers and State and Local Government as an advisor, negotiator and mediator with respect to Native Title and Aboriginal Cultural Heritage protocols and agreements (including Indigenous Land Use Agreements).
Marcus has also been involved with the successful conduct of Federal Court, WA Supreme Court and National Native Title Tribunal hearings and has advised on issues relating to Commonwealth and State Native Title and Aboriginal Cultural Heritage law.
He has undertaken due diligence work for corporates and has successfully mediated inter and intra-party dispute resolution.
Marcus is also an experienced mining, environmental, employment/WHS, commercial and property lawyer.
He is a director and company secretary on a not-for-profit organisation.
During his career, Marcus has been nominated as one of WA’s top native title lawyers.
In 2003, 2012 and 2014, Marcus was nominated as one of WA’s top native title lawyers.

Sharon is from the UK and has worked mainly in the Media Sector. She has a background in Office Management and Administration.
Sharon assists Land Equity Legal with items such as agreement documentation, research, diary and bookkeeping as well as running the office.
